We use a special HEPA vacuum called the Rotobrush. The Rotobrush has a special rotating brush on the tip of a 35 foot hose. The brush loosens the dust in the HVAC system and the hose vacuums the loose dirt into an airtight canister. Dust is stubborn and typically will not free itself from the vents’ walls with a vacuum alone; the systems needs to be swept in order to release the dirt from the walls and the only tool that can both brush the walls and vacuum is the Rotobrush.

We take Air-O-Cell Samples when mold is a  concern. The samples are sent to an independent and accredited lab.  Which will give us a report analysis on the type of mold spores and at what level the mold has contaminated your indoor environment
